Hey all and welcome to my semi-new blog. I say semi new because about four years ago I started posting some of my foodie experiences on Facebook under "Mangia! Mangia! The things tenors eat." Here on Operatic Eating I'll post exciting new recipes (personal and ones from colleagues) , great new restaurants, awesome meals, and random thoughts on eating operatically.
As a young opera singer, twenty three, I've had so many amazing experiences from high tea with the Queen, at Rideau Hall, to quaint dinners in the Danish countryside. I'm a foodie through and through and to me life is the greatest opera of all. Exciting, grand, dramatic, and ever changing.
So let's get to it!
